PURCHASING CLERK

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Out stock request by all department
  • Rounding checking all storage place to make sure stock in proper place
  • Purchased product from supplier
  • Prepare product for delivery
  • Checking online order (daily)
  • Daily costing all invoice received
  • Review quality of purchased products (check expired date and etc)
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Ensure stock in proper storage
  • Checking & count stock (daily & monthly)
  • Received goods from supplier

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
